Before Appointment
1. No caffeine (this causes eye twitching)
Avoid drinking liquids (prevents interrupting the appointment)
2. Come in with a clean face
3. Absolutely NO eye makeup
4. Be prepared to lay down for at least 2 hours- feel free to take a nap, listen to a podcast, etc.
After care
No moisture on lashes 24 hours after appointment (showers, crying, humidity, etc
Depending on how much makeup you wear, you will want to wash them once to twice a week (an oil free cleanser is best, fingers would be ideal to clean lashes. Don’t be afraid to get in between your lashes to avoid makeup/bacteria build-up)
After the initial 24 hours when you can get them wet, make sure you dry by patting them lightly and brushing out with a spoolie *can also blow-dry lightly
When using makeup or skin care products, make sure they are all oil-free
No mascara on lashes
Makeup removing wipes are best when removing eye makeup
Regular lash fall out is common! Just like our natural hair falls, so do our lashes, so don’t be alarmed.
Recommended fill-ins are typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the client (make sure lashes at least 50% retention for a fill-in)
No picking or pulling; do not try to remove on your own!
